By downloading, installing, or using Translation Book (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use and uninstall the App.

Translation Book provides translation tools, AI-powered language assistance, text recognition, and other related features. Some features are free, while others require a paid subscription.
The App is intended for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise authorized in writing.
3. Subscription & Billing

Monthly Plan: USD $8.99
Yearly Plan: USD $29.99
Prices may vary based on region or platform-specific pricing policies.
3.2 Payment & Renewal
Payment will be charged to your Apple/Google account upon confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the period.
3.3 Free Trials
If a trial is offered, any unused portion will be forfeited once a subscription is purchased.
3.4 Managing Subscriptions
You may cancel or manage your subscription in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store account settings.
We cannot cancel subscriptions on your behalf.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree not to:
Use the App for illegal, harmful, or unauthorized activities
Reverse-engineer, modify, or copy the App
Interfere with or disrupt the App’s services
Use the App to generate prohibited or harmful content
Violation of these terms may result in service suspension or termination.
5. Content & Intellectual Property
All content, features, and trademarks within the App are owned or licensed by Translation Book and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, redistribute, or commercialize any part of the App without written permission.
6. AI-Generated Content
Translation Book may use AI models to generate translations or text outputs.
You acknowledge and agree that:
AI outputs may contain inaccuracies
You should verify important translations independently
The App is not responsible for consequences arising from inaccurate or inappropriate AI outputs

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains data collection, usage, and user rights.

8. Service Availability
We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service without prior notice for maintenance, security, or operational reasons.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service

You may stop using the App anytime by uninstalling it.
